Our programs are open to Baltimore City residents between the ages of 16–24 who are unemployed, underemployed, or facing challenges that make it difficult to enter or stay in the workforce.
Our programs are provided at no cost to participants. As a nonprofit organization, we are funded by grants, donations, and community partnerships to ensure that every young person has access to these opportunities.
The length of participation depends on individual needs and goals. Some youth may complete short-term training in a few weeks, while others may remain involved for several months to receive ongoing coaching and support.
Yes! We actively partner with local employers and community organizations to connect participants with internships, entry-level positions, and career pathways. Our mentorship and coaching continue even after training to ensure long-term success.
